AI Prompt Engineer

We are seeking a creative and skilled AI Prompt Engineer with at least 1 year of experience in designing and refining text prompts to drive effective AI model interactions. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of natural language processing, AI model behavior, and user intent. This role requires someone who can collaborate with cross-functional teams, improve the quality of AI outputs, and continuously experiment to enhance AI responsiveness. Excellent communication, a detail-oriented approach, and a passion for exploring the possibilities of AI are essential for this position.

Tasks:

• Design, test, and optimize text prompts to improve AI model performance
• Collaborate with data scientists and developers to refine AI outputs based on user needs
• Develop prompt structuring guidelines for consistency and relevance
• Continuously experiment with new prompt designs to improve engagement and efficiency
• Analyze and document prompt performance using qualitative and quantitative methods
• Work with clients/stakeholders to understand business goals and deliver tailored AI prompt solutions
• Stay updated on advancements in large language models and AI research

Requirements:

• Proficiency with AI models like GPT, BERT, etc., and their behavior under various prompt formats
• Strong knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and human-computer interaction
• Excellent writing and language skills to create effective prompts
• Familiarity with tools/platforms used to fine-tune or interact with LLMs
• Strong analytical skills to assess prompt effectiveness and optimize results
• Good communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Linguistics, or related field (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with AI models or NLP systems
