LLM Developer

We are looking for a skilled LLM (Large Language Model) Engineer with expertise in working with AI and machine learning models, specifically in natural language processing (NLP). The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in developing, fine-tuning, and deploying large language models. This role involves applying cutting-edge AI technologies to build intelligent systems, optimize models, and develop innovative solutions in the field of NLP. The candidate should be proactive, with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in AI advancements.

Tasks:

• Design, train, and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for NLP use cases
• Collaborate with AI and research teams to build innovative AI-driven products
• Optimize LLM performance for speed, accuracy, and scalability
• Work with large datasets for training and evaluation of language models
• Integrate models into platforms using APIs or SDKs
• Continuously monitor and update deployed models to meet evolving needs
• Research state-of-the-art NLP trends and contribute to R&D initiatives
• Troubleshoot and resolve LLM-related issues during development and deployment

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Python and experience with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face
• Hands-on experience with training/fine-tuning transformer models like GPT, BERT, etc.
• Strong understanding of NLP techniques, tokenization, and embeddings
• Familiarity with data preprocessing, dataset management, and performance evaluation
• Experience with APIs, model serving, and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP preferred)
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in LLM/NLP or AI model development
